great pictures! they do look suspiciously similar to Ophrys x vetula (=O. fuciflora x O. scolopax), esp;ecially the bottom ones.

lovely pictures... the first has characters from all over the affinity of Ophrys sphegodes ssp. mammosa . It is difficult to judge one single plant without a look at the nearby population of the species in question in these cases. The 2nd one looks like Ophrys × battandieri (= O. fusca x O. lutea ) ...

the problem is that without an id you do not know what you are dealing with. One flower will not bother the population, especially in a gregarious, robust genus as is Serapias.
And without an id, there is no documantation...
